Dear class,

• The last assignments for Monday are to read:
  1) David Foster Wallace’s  “A Supposedly Fun Thing I Will Never Do Again” and
  2) Jennifer Egan Power Point Chapter. Both are linked on the Documents & Resources page.
  I hope you will read the Barry Lopez and the Joan Didion on your own at some point. Both are classics. I will say something about them in class, but I decided to limit what you’re responsible for to the Wallace and Egan.
• On the same Documents & Resources page, I have posted a number of the slides from the class. These may be useful to you in reviewing the material. Please remember that the slides do not represent everything we have spoken about in class. They should be useful, but they do not represent the full scope of the material.
• The Review session will occur on Wednesday May 3, at 9:30am. We will meet in Hoover 100, as usual. It is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
